06/02/2024: The 50-day Count to the Feast of Weeks / Shavuot was completed today:
Fifty days of verses, day-by-day, for 7 weeks plus 1 day culminated today on the morrow after the seventh Sabbath of counting weeks. The Holy Spirit led us on an incredible journey through Yah's Word during these 50 days; it was amazing to see how the gospel message is presented so beautifully throughout Scripture when so many verses from so many various books of the Bible were brought together in a seamless dialogue that continued to build in its message during the 50 days. The verses for each week are available on the Articles page along with a special edition for Day# 50, the high holy day of Shavuot. A recap of all the highlighted verses from each day for the entire 50-day countdown is available there too.

An issue of authority came to our attention lately concerning the proper use of a Biblical calendar for Torah-based observance. Under whose authority should we proceed when choosing our calendar? Here's a video to hopefully clarify this issue and to let our Jewish brethren know that we mean no harm to their religion!

04/14/2024: Beginning the Countdown of 50 Days to the Feast of Weeks
Today we begin trying out something new this year for our 50-day countdown to the Feast of Weeks. We are sending subscribers a short email everyday for the next 7 weeks with the daily "counting of the omer" plus a few inspirational verses to bolster our faith. We are bringing verses together in a relative way that will build on each other, each day and each week. It's a fun exercise, and we do not know exactly where the Ruach will lead in this endeavor. Who knows where His Word might take us during the next 7 weeks?

A blog post for celebrating the arrival of the "Beginning of Months" today. We were moved to write about the importance of coming in the "spirit of Elijah", declaring the Glory of Yah to fellow Believers and non-Believers alike. The changes and challenges that lie ahead are opening up many opportunities to serve our Lord and Messiah with the full knowledge that His Promises are true throughout time!

Thanks to some feedback from a reader, this article has been revised to reflect a better focus on Scripture. We were surprised to see that our original article reflected some opinionated attitude on our part. Perhaps we were somewhat emotionally charged-up over this issue when we wrote it a couple years ago, and we apologize to anyone who was offended. We hope this revised version will bring truth and clarity (information without baggage) to this controversial subject.
